Answer: A visa to enter Azerbaijan is not required for citizens of Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Answer: The exhibition’s official travel operator will help you with this.
What do exhibitors need to enter the exhibition?
Answer: Exhibitors are admitted to the exhibition if they have an exhibitor badge.
How can I gain entry to the exhibition’s evening reception?
Answer: The exhibition’s evening reception is a closed event for exhibitors, officials and exhibition Organisers. To receive the invitation tickets to the evening reception please contact project manager.
Where can I obtain an exhibition catalogue?
Answer: You can collect an exhibition catalogue and badge during registration as an exhibitor.
Where can I complete business trip documents?
Answer: Business trip documents can be completed at the exhibition registration stand.
How many badges are provided to an exhibiting company?
Answer: Every company is given one free badge for every 3 sq.m. of exhibition space. Additional badges can be ordered from the registration desk before the exhibition opens.
Where can contracts and acts on completed works be obtained?
Answer: You can obtain all the exhibition documentation by contacting the project manager.
How can freight be forwarded to the exhibition and unpacked?
Answer: Please contact with the exhibition’s official freight forwarder and on-site handling contractor.
Is there a restaurant at the exhibition?
Answer: A restaurant will be open at the exhibition for visitors and exhibitors.
Where is first aid available?
Answer: The exhibition has a first aid point which you can use if the need arises.
